How To Transfer Your Booking's

If You Already Booked A-Class That's Been Cancelled OR Unable To Attend

To Enable Us To Honour Your Booking

You, Will Need To Transfer It To A Later Date.

(You Can Transfer To Multiple classes)

***This will need to be done before your original class date & time passes***

On Your Booking Confirmation Email

Or Login To Your Account ( top right corner of bookwhen )

Select Event From Drop Down,

Select New Date & Time Required.

And Then Click “ Save ”.

Click the “ View Booking ” Button.

Then Click “ Ticket Options ”.

And Click “ Transfer Ticket ”.

Any refunds will be provided in voucher form for use against future bookings.
